Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with orthopedic imaging experience for a full-time clinic position in the Willits/Basalt, CO area.

Details

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting located in Willits/Basalt, Colorado
• Performs a variety of radiographic imaging procedures with a focus on orthopedic cases
• 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
• No call, no weekends, and no holidays
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of current experience performing radiographic procedures
• ARRT(R) required; ARRT(CT) also listed as a certification requirement
• Current BLS from the AHA required
• Active CO state license or Compact license required if applicable
• Flu vaccine required — no exemptions
• DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• The Basalt area is a high cost-of-living market; Glenwood Springs (approximately 30 minutes away via Hwy 82) is a common and more affordable base for travelers
• A CAPS (Colorado background check) is required and may take up to two weeks to obtain — candidates should plan accordingly
• The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a high level of skill, confidence, and autonomy
• Proper radiation safety techniques and delivery of high-quality images are expected standards for this role
