About the role
The primary responsibility is to perform radiology procedures under the supervision of a physician.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Accurately document patient information and procedure details.
- Adhere to infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Current state license to practice radiology technologist.
- Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.
- Proficiency in using medical imaging equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Completion of an accredited radiology technology program.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
