About the role

A skilled Radiologic Technologist for a travel assignment, responsible for performing advanced imaging procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images that aid in medical diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and ensure their safety
• Prepare and operate radiologic equipment according to physician orders
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment
• Evaluate and present images and preliminary findings to healthcare teams
• Document procedures accurately and follow safety protocols
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice as needed

Requirements

• Minimum one year of radiologic technology experience
• Current Radiologic Technologist/Radiography license
• BLS certification
• Strong critical thinking, communication, technical, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move and operate equipment
• Visual acuity and ability to work under pressure
