About the Role
Perform advanced imaging procedures using radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety, maintaining equipment, evaluating image quality, documenting procedures, educating patients, and following safety protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver accurate diagnostic results and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment
- Evaluate diagnostic images for quality and accuracy
- Maintain and troubleshoot radiographic equipment
- Document procedures and patient information
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
- Provide excellent patient care and support within scope of practice
- Educate patients on procedures and safety measures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum one year of radiologic technology experience
- Current Radiologic Technologist license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ARRT certification (preferred)
