About the role
A skilled Radiologic Technologist for a travel assignment, responsible for performing advanced imaging procedures using radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images that assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities
- Educate patients about imaging procedures and address questions
- Prepare, operate, and maintain radiologic equipment to capture high-quality images
- Evaluate image quality and present findings to healthcare teams
- Ensure equipment functionality, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions
- Document procedures accurately and adhere to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment
- Collaborate effectively with medical staff
Requirements
- At least one year of radiologic technology experience
- Current Radiologic Technologist/Radiography license in accordance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Preferred: ARRT certification

- Critical thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use
- Physical ability to move equipment and remain stationary or mobile as needed
- Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail
- Visual acuity and effective communication skills
