About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Richmond, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various radiographic equipment
- Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures
- Position patients appropriately for imaging studies
- Operate and adjust radiographic equipment to obtain high-quality images
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current ARRT certification in CT
- Valid Virginia license
- Experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Successful completion of a national registry exam
