About the role

ProLink Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, in Moses Lake, Washington.

Responsibilities

  • Uses automatic exposure control appropriately.
  • Accurately utilizes technical factors such as kvp, ma, time, and distance.
  • Selects and uses appropriate cassettes, employs collimation and tomographic factors, and assists physicians during exams.
  • Imagines, identifies, acquires views, and immobilizes appropriate body parts. Practices good sterile techniques.
  • Safely transports, transfers, and positions patients. Confirms patient and exam preparations. Evaluates patient's condition to avoid hazardous situations and does not leave alone if safety is questioned.
  • Knows and understands hospital, departmental, and examination protocols. Works knowledgeably with equipment, troubleshoots issues, contacts vendors for repairs, performs quality assurance on films and equipment, schedules examinations, reviews daily schedules, ensures films are completed including teleradiology, follows infection control principles, demonstrates problem-solving skills.
  • Maintains patient needs.
  • Performs necessary paperwork and archiving.
  • Handles confidential information according to HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and affiliations.
  • Ensures no injuries by following safe work practices and policies, including security, MSDS understanding, infection control, fire, disaster, safe lifting, and body mechanics.
  • Complies with organization policies and procedures, labor agreements, and interfaces with team members and support groups professionally.
  • Conducts oneself professionally and maintains personal appearance meeting necessary standards.

Requirements

  • ARRT certification.
  • BLS certification.
  • WA State Radiologic License.

Qualifications

  • Experience with radiology technology.
  • Knowledge of hospital and departmental protocols.
  • Working knowledge of equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to perform quality assurance on films and equipment.
  • Experience scheduling and completing examinations.
  • Understanding of infection control principles.
  • Problem-solving skills.
