Travel Radiologic Technologist - $2,678 per week

Job Requirements

• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
• Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA Topics with minimum 80% passing score.
• Completion of Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation.
• Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer; no declinations accepted.
• Fit Test required for all travelers, preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination.
• Health Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
• Documentation of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or history verification; no declinations accepted.
• Valid Tdap vaccination within 10 years; no declinations accepted.
• Driver's License/State ID must not be expired and must match address on file.
• Ascension Profile (Resume or Profile) required.
• At least two professional references prior to first assignment.
• Ascension Criminal Background Check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and others completed within 90 days of first assignment.
• Ascension EPLS run within 90 days of start and rerun if break in service >90 days.
• Ascension Skills Checklist clinical only, to be completed within one year of start; updated annually for specialty.
• Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually thereafter.
• Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start.
• Ascension Confirmation of Assignment upon initial assignment and updates upon extension.
• Third-party employment verification for past seven years, updated annually.

Schedule Information

Monday-Friday 8a-4p with On-Call rotation and possible Holiday requirement.
Shift: 08:00 - 16:30
