Travel Radiologic Technologist - $2,406 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for a 13-week travel contract starting September 8, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Performs general radiographic/X-ray examinations for diagnostic purposes
• Operates ionizing equipment to produce radiographs of body regions as ordered by a licensed medical provider
• Evaluates radiographs using independent judgment to acquire optimum diagnostic information for each examination
• Navigates emergent situations according to established departmental procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• Graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiologic Technology program
• Active ARRT certification required
• Active Montana state Radiologic Technologist license required (if applicable)
• Current BLS certification required
• Demonstrated compliance with ARRT continuing education requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
