This is a travel assignment with the following details:

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Unit Information: Imaging DX at Mission Hospital DX 728, 509 Biltmore Ave., Asheville, NC 28801 (2nd floor, F tower).

Unit Details

• Number of Beds: 800
• Staffing: Varies by shift; typically 34 FTE in a 24-hour period
  • Day Shift: 16 staff Technologists and 1 supervisor
  • Evening Shift: 10 staff Technologists, 2 Student Techs, and 1 supervisor
  • Night Shift: 4 staff Technologists and 1 supervisor
• Equipment: All Rad rooms, Portable Client, Shiatzu, C-arms (OEC), O-arms (Medtronics)
• EMR: Cerner Rad Net

Responsibilities

• Perform all diagnostic imaging, including portable, trauma, fluoroscopic, and surgical procedures
• Work in ED trauma imaging
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment

Requirements

• Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in all areas of diagnostic radiology, including portable and OR
  • ED trauma imaging experience
• Preferred Skills:
  • Fluoroscopic procedures
• Certifications:
  • ARRT (R) certification
• Personality Fit: Team player who can also work independently; self-motivated

Unit Guidelines

• Dress Code: Black scrubs
• Weekends: Required as part of rotation

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).
