GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a position in Clinton, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery.
• Document all patient treatments and procedures accurately.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient safety and treatment effectiveness.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Iowa.
• Experience in radiation therapy preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.

Skills

• Proficiency in radiation therapy equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge of radiation physics and dosimetry.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
