Travel Radiation Therapist - $3,376 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient treatment plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patients during treatments and report any adverse reactions or complications.
• Prepare and calibrate equipment for radiation therapy treatments.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding radiation therapy procedures and safety measures.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Virginia.
• Experience in radiation therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of radiation physics and dosimetry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams.
