Job Details
- Position: Radiation Therapist
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (no holiday or weekend hours)
- Use of EPIC system
Job Requirements
- Must have specialty-specific competency testing completed within a year
- Must have current state licensure and license/certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
- Must provide proof of BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Must complete Trinity Health required professional forms and background checks
- Must provide proof of required vaccinations and health screenings including Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine (optional), 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction
- Must complete Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors
- Must complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only)
- Must complete Trinity IA Sing Report (Iowa's Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check)
- Must complete Trinity OFAC sanctions check
