Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a position in Turlock, California.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a medical physicist and physician.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.
• Document all patient treatments accurately and maintain records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in California.
• Experience in radiation therapy preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams.

Skills

• Proficiency in radiation therapy equipment operation.
• Knowledge of radiation physics principles.
• Ability to follow safety protocols.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
