About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Joplin, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation treatments under the supervision of a physician
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Missouri
- Experience in radiation therapy preferred
- Knowledge of radiation physics and dosimetry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams
Skills
- Proficiency in radiation therapy equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
