Responsibilities

• Treatment planning and delivery under the supervision of a radiation oncologist
• Assist patients with positioning for treatment
• Monitor patient progress and report any issues to the medical team

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Iowa
• Experience in radiation therapy
• Knowledge of radiation physics and dosimetry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams
