Travel Radiation Therapist - $2,502 per week

LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week position starting immediately in Franklin, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience in radiation therapy preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Successfully completed an accredited program in radiation therapy.
• Knowledge of radiation physics, dosimetry, and radiation oncology principles.

Skills

• Proficient in radiation therapy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
