MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for an assignment in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
About the role
This is a 13-week travel contract with a start date of 08/10/2026. The schedule is 40 hours per week, 9-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Obtain useful diagnostic details to assist physicians in determining further treatment for patients.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging exams.
- Produce x-ray films of parts of the human body for diagnosing medical conditions such as cancer or fractures.
- Instruct patients to assume appropriate positions for accurate imaging.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations, as well as accepted practice guidelines.
- Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
- Maintain an environment of excellence focused on timely, compassionate, and quality patient care.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
- Two years of X-Ray Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
