About the role
The Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with exercises and treatments as directed by the physical therapist.
- Help patients maintain proper posture and body mechanics during activities of daily living.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Experience in home health or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
