Travel PT Outpatient - Per Week

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with care teams across outpatient, inpatient, and long-term care settings.
• Conduct assessments, document progress, develop home exercise programs, and perform wound/ulcer assessments and dressing changes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• BLS certification
• Applicable licensure
• PREFERRED: Experience with orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric populations
• Familiarity with modalities such as TENS, ultrasound, cryotherapy, and moist heat
• Skilled in assessment, documentation, and developing treatment plans

Key Duties

• Provide outpatient therapy in a rural hospital setting
• Participate in a 4x10 or 5x8 schedule
• Work every 3rd weekend
• No on-call or floating responsibilities
