Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Toledo, Iowa. The position starts on 10/05/2026, requires 40 hours per week (8‑hour day shifts, with possible 8‑10 hour shifts, 4‑5 days a week), and is a travel assignment in an outpatient setting. The therapist will manage treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses. One year of recent outpatient experience is preferred. Prime’s team of experienced healthcare professionals provides 24/7 guidance throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Current BLS (AHA preferred)
• Active state license
