Travel PT - Outpatient - $2,097 per week
Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting. The schedule consists of 8-10 hour shifts, 4-5 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage treatment plans for patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
- Active state license in Physical Therapy.
- One year of recent outpatient experience preferred.
- Must complete drug screen and background screen.
- Supervisory professional references required.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
- 13-week assignment starting 09/07/2026.
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Schedule may include 8-10 hour shifts, 4-5 days per week.
