Requirements
- Active OR PT License (or Compact in hand)
- Current BLS (AHA) Certification
- 1+ Year Skilled Home Health Experience required (OASIS & Epic proficiency required)
- Full COVID‑19 Vaccination (Primary series + 1 Booster) required
- Personal vehicle required (IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided)

Pay
Weekly gross: $2,820.00 per week (based on 40‑hour schedule; negotiable; local & travel accepted). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM (8‑hour shifts). Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
