About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting on August 24, 2026, in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients with a variety of physical conditions
- Assessment and planning of patient care plans
- Documentation of patient progress in electronic medical records
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Providing education to patients and families
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Current BLS or Heartsaver CPR Certification
- EPIC EMR experience
- Home Health experience preferred
- Occasional weekend availability as needed
- Experience in home health care
- Knowledge of EPIC EMR system
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Team player
