Travel PT Home Health - $2,362 per week

About the role

Average daily hours are 9 hours, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in home health care setting preferred but not required.
