Travel PT Home Health - $2,302 per week

About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting August 10, 2026, in College Park, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional PT therapy services to adult patients in a home health setting.
• Conduct start of care evaluations and follow-up visits to assess patient progress.
• Document patient interactions accurately using EMR systems such as HomeCare, HomeBase, Oasis, or Outlook.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 5-6 patients per day, with visits including travel, documentation, and activities valued at different points towards weekly productivity.
• Travel up to 75 miles from the assigned clinic location, with mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
• Participate in periodic office meetings and be available for on-call duties approximately every 4th weekend.
• Adhere to all agency and state regulations, including valid licensure, CPR, and BLS certifications.
• Optional: Be flexible with scheduling, including Baylor shifts (4x10s Fri-Mon) or standard 5x8s, based on client needs.
• Support the clinic’s goal of providing quality care in the patient's home environment.

Qualifications

Pay

The pay range varies by assignment and is subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

The schedule is 08:00 - 17:00, with 40 hours per week.
