About the role
Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, in Dayton, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards

Pay
The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 24.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
