This opportunity requires the completion of documentation prior to commencing your assignment. Candidates must fulfill specific licensing requirements depending on their location of practice and prior employment history.

Requirements

• License: Active permanent license for the specific state required. Compact licenses are acceptable, but the candidate must obtain a permanent license immediately.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP; Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training
• Credentialing: Completion of contract quality assurance as part of the credentialing process is required before the start of employment.

• Duration: 26 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, days
