Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including violence and suicide risk evaluations, memory, personality, and intelligence testing.
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as DBT, ACT, CBT, and CT-R.
- Participate in Recovery Team meetings, contribute to treatment planning, and complete documentation including progress notes, admissions, and assessments.
- Collaborate with staff through clinical interviews, chart reviews, and behavioral observations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Clinical Psychologist with experience in adult inpatient psychiatric settings.
- Strong assessment and therapy skills, knowledge of evidence-based practices, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Duties
- Full-time day shift, 40 hours/week, no call requirements.
- Support staff available, variable caseload, and no prescriptive authority needed.
- Operate on-site with a focus on adult inpatient mental health services.
