Job Summary

The position involves providing specialized patient care on a 6 east PCU, covering a variety of inpatient and boarding units. The role requires experience with titrating pressors, and flexibility to float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other units as needed.

Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements

• BLS Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) required
• ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (American Heart Association) and NIHSS National Institute of Health Stroke Scale preferred
• 0 years minimum experience
• Must be able to titrate pressors
• Must have Epic experience
• Must be separated from the employing health care organization for a minimum of 6 months to be considered

Schedule

12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Additional Job-Related Information

• The position involves initial pass/fail testing, and Relias practice tests will be available.
• Floating in 4-hour blocks may occur in rare cases.
• Early start dates are available with weekly start dates beginning 09/28/2026.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
