About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac monitoring, medication management, and respiratory support
- Provide post-surgical care and blood transfusions
- Interpret dysrhythmias
- Work in a team-oriented environment
- Follow unit policies and guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification (preferred)
- Current NRP certification (preferred)
- BSN degree (preferred)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with EMR systems (Meditech preferred)
