Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Southeast Ohio. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients within a specialized care unit. The RN will perform clinical assessments, develop and implement patient care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient safety and optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission
- Create individualized care plans
- Participate in patient rehabilitation programs
- Initiate discharge planning from day of admission
- Provide timely and accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses
- Communicate pertinent patient information to support continuity of care and patient safety
- Supervise ancillary nursing staff and delegate tasks appropriately
- Ensure personal and environmental safety in accordance with hospital and nursing policies
- Assume charge responsibility following orientation
- Actively seek professional development opportunities
- Maintain supplies and equipment

Requirements
- BLS certification required prior to first shift
- ACLS certification required prior to first shift
- Minimum two (2) years bedside clinical experience highly desired
- 0 years of experience required (entry-level considered)

Pay
Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
