About the role

We are seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide patient care during a 13-week assignment. This role is ideal for nurses seeking travel opportunities in a hospital environment with a focus on intermediate patient care for patients transitioning from ICU with complex needs that require more attention than a regular floor but less than intensive care.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients transitioning from ICU with complex medical needs
• Perform patient assessments and monitoring
• Provide high-quality care for patients in transition from ICU, ensuring safety and recovery
• Handle varying degrees of medical complexity

Requirements

• Active nursing licensure
• Experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to care for patients with complex medical needs

Schedule

12-hour rotating shifts with 36 hours per week for a 13-week assignment.
