Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license – Compact accepted; copy required
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience
• ACLS certification (AHA; copy required)
• BLS certification (AHA; copy required)
• Social Security Number required
• Date of Birth required
• Two professional references from the last 12 months
