Travel Progressive Care RN - $2,088 per week

About the role

Deliver specialized care to patients needing close monitoring and support in a dynamic hospital environment. Assess and monitor patient conditions, collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team, and document care accurately during fast-moving patient situations. Provide advanced care for patients transitioning from intensive care in a supportive, team-oriented setting. Manage complex cases, coordinate care, and educate patients and families about treatment plans.

Requirements

• Current Illinois RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 2 years of recent Intermediate Care experience
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems and strong critical thinking skills
• Experience in progressive care or stepdown nursing recommended
• 2 references in the last 12 months

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week duration
• Start date: ASAP (9/8/2026)

Pay

Pay rate: $2035.00 – $2140.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
