Responsibilities
- Conducting wound visits
- Utilizing HCHB and Home Health Nursing experience
- OASIS experience preferred
Qualifications
- An active RN license
- Relevant home health experience
- PREFERRED: OASIS knowledge
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Able to travel between patients
- Familiarity with home health protocols
