About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Post Partum for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Silver City, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-partum care to patients
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Mexico
- Experience in post-partum care preferred
- Knowledge of post-partum patient care protocols and standards
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR)

Pay
