About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Post Partum for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-partum care to patients
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia
- Experience in post-partum care preferred
- Knowledge of post-partum patient care protocols
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
