About the role
This is a 13-week travel contract position for a Registered Nurse in a post-procedure unit, caring for patients who have undergone cardiac or interventional procedures and are classified as Med/Tele status.
Schedule
- Two shifts available:
- Days: 12-hour shifts – 7 am to 7 pm
- Nights: 12-hour shifts – 7 pm to 7 am
- 36 hours per week, rotating shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients after cardiac or interventional procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and continuous medical needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year critical care or cardiac experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association ONLY.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for healthcare providers from the American Heart Association ONLY.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Certification in Nursing or other professional certifications recognized by the Magnet Association.
- 1-2 years of additional critical care or cardiac experience.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
