About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Post Partum for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, in Florence, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-partum care to patients
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Perform routine nursing tasks such as administering medications and monitoring vital signs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Alabama
- Experience in post-partum care preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of post-partum care protocols and procedures
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment
