Med Ninjas is seeking a travel Polysomnographer for a travel job in Urbana, Illinois.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: PolysomnographerDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalStart Date: ASAPDuration: 9 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 9 hours, nightsEmployment Type: TravelJob Summary (List Format): - Perform and score sleep/wake stages and clinical events (including respiratory, cardiac, and limb events) in a sleep lab setting. - Conduct ancillary testing such as oximetry, actigraphy, and home sleep apnea testing. - Utilize at least one year of prior experience working in a sleep lab environment. - Maintain proficiency and accuracy in sleep study scoring and testing procedures. - Ensure compliance with sleep lab protocols and safety standards. - Possess an Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Polysomnographic Technology. - Hold current certifications: Registered Sleep Technologist (RST), American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM), Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT), and BLS certification (American Heart Association).Med Ninjas Job ID #15470.
