Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, PICU Experience: 2 years
• Licenses: RN-NY
• Certifications: ACLS (Copy needed); BLS (Copy needed); PALS (Copy needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
• Years of Experience: 2
• NY license (#/exp). NY RN does not need to be active to submit.
• Current reference required to send
• Non local
• EPIC charting experience
• Trauma Levels need to be added for facilities worked at.
