About the role
Travel Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a 460‑bed Level 1 Trauma Center in Richmond, Virginia. The facility is a Certified Chest Pain Center and has been named by The Joint Commission as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures for advanced primary stroke, heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia, perinatal care, hip and knee replacement, and surgical care.
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12‑hour nights
- Employment type: Travel
Pay
- Rate: $2,081.00 – $2,187.00 (per pay period)
- Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
- Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Compact license accepted (copy required)
- Minimum 2 years PICU experience
- Certifications: BLS‑AHA; PALS‑AHA
- Social Security Number required
- Date of birth required
- Work history: No more than a 90‑day gap in the last 1 year

- Experience with Meditech electronic health record system
