Travel PICU RN - $1,589 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a PICU RN for a travel nursing assignment in Dallas, Texas.

About the Role

This 13-week assignment begins on September 15, 2026, with a 36-hour work week on 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) with a focus on congenital heart disease (CHD) patients.
• Manage arterial lines, central lines, and transthoracic lines.
• Deliver postoperative management for CHD patients.
• Care for neonatal cardiac patients (preferred).

Requirements

• 1 year of Pediatric CICU/CVICU experience as a staff nurse.
• 3–4 contracts in a dedicated pediatric CICU.
• 2 years minimum PICU experience as a staff nurse.
• Experience with congenital heart disease patients and postoperative CHD management.
• Certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Pediatric CICU/CVICU experience as a staff nurse.
• 1+ year of experience caring for neonatal cardiac patients (pre-op and post-op management).
• 2+ years of pediatric cardiac experience in step-down or cardiology floor settings.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual pay may vary and is subject to change during the assignment.
