Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure or certification in Kansas
- At least 0 years of experience in a SNF setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility
Responsibilities
Responsible for evaluating patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. The role requires following facility-specific operational procedures and clinical protocols, including adherence to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, Cerner OneChart.
