Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (Rehab) - $1,659 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Medford, Oregon. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Help patients with exercises and activities of daily living
• Record patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oregon
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with medical software and equipment

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
