Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Role And Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions following the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatments in compliance with guidelines
• Absorb and implement patient education strategies and develop home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain safety, infection control, and compliance standards

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license or ability to obtain one
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
