Supports patient recovery in a skilled nursing facility by assisting patients recovering from injuries or illness, improving mobility and overall well-being under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy
- Active New Jersey PTA license
- BLS certification
- Experience in skilled nursing, geriatric rehab, or wound care preferred
Skills
- Strong patient care skills
- Able to work in a team
- Familiarity with rehabilitation techniques
