Responsibilities
- Provide in-home patient care
- Aid with mobility and recovery
- Document care in electronic records
- Perform home safety assessments
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant
- Active or eligible Maryland PTA license
- Home health clinical experience
- BLS certification
- Ability to travel within the region
