Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - Per Week

Shift: 8 hours (days) • 40 hours/week • Employment Type: Travel

Role Overview

A motivated and compassionate PTA will assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Guide therapeutic exercises
• Monitor patient progress
• Provide patient education
• Maintain equipment
• Ensure safety
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient‑centered care

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active licensure or eligibility in multiple states
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads encouraged)
• Strong communication skills
• Accurate documentation
• Teamwork and adaptability
• Passion for patient care
